Product Manager
Position Overview
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own critical areas of our platform for property renovation assessment, planning, and procurement management. You’ll work closely with the CPO and CTO to turn product vision into solutions institutional investors, contractors, and property managers rely on daily. You’ll work backward from our partner and customer portfolio to identify what matters most, then shape a cohesive plan that moves the business forward. Expect to master complex workflows across field ops, e-commerce procurement, and admin management—and translate them into clear specs, wireframes, and organized roadmaps. This role demands exceptional organization, rapid domain learning, stakeholder alignment, and confidence representing products to partners and customers.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Partner/Customer Understanding
Master property assessment and renovation workflows to confidently lead partner and customer conversations
Lead partner and customer discovery sessions, demos, and feedback reviews
Balance partner and customer feedback, business objectives, and technical constraints for prioritization
E-commerce & Procurement Ownership
Design e-commerce experiences including shopping cart flows, checkout, and procurement workflows
Own catalog integration and supplier management features with real-time pricing and inventory
Roadmap & Backlog Management
Organize product roadmap into properly structured work items
Translate strategic direction into actionable tickets that prevent rework and maintain single source of truth
Enhance and clarify requirements to ensure engineering comprehension
Specification & Design Communication
Write detailed epics, user stories, and with clear, testable acceptance criteria that enable engineering execution
Create wireframes and workflow diagrams to communicate requirements visually
Write comprehensive specifications including user flows, edge cases, and integration requirements
Cross-Functional Coordination
Conduct weekly planning with leadership to align on priorities and major action items
Actively collaborate in daily standups and facilitate supportive one-on-ones to identify blockers and ensure clarity
Maintain clear internal communication with sales and partner/customer success teams about product capabilities and maturity to enable accurate representation to partners and customers
Proactively resolve confusion or misalignment before delays occur
Set realistic deadlines and communicate status, blockers, and trade-offs transparently
Product Quality & Testing
Develop deep product familiarity to understand how new work integrates with existing functionality
Test features to identify and document bugs, gaps, or inconsistencies with clear reproduction steps
Required Experience
5+ years in product management for complex B2B products with e-commerce/checkout experience
Proven ability to learn complex domains and represent products to partners/customers
Strong organization using tools like Jira to manage detailed backlogs
Track record of writing clear epics, user stories, and specs that drive execution
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and basic design artifacts
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
Preferred Experience
Background in proptech, construction tech, real estate, or adjacent industries
Experience with marketplaces, procurement systems, or B2B e-commerce
Understanding of offline-first architectures and data sync
Catalog management or supplier integration experience
High-growth startup experience
MBA or a technical Master’s degree
